“I see my role as one of the first contacts for patients. I help them assess and remove barriers to their healthcare. I will guide them to resources either at the Regional Cancer Center or in their community. My goal is to help coordinate all members of patient’s healthcare team in order to help the patient receive the best and timeliest care. A new cancer diagnosis is overwhelming for the patient and family members, so I strive to help them understand what to expect during this time.”

“I’m inspired to work with oncology patients because of my personal experience. My father was a patient at the Regional Cancer Center and I saw firsthand how well the patients are treated. Because of my background in community pharmacy, I was able to help my parents through the complexities of having multiple physicians, office visits, treatments and medication changes. I enjoy helping others who need guidance through this life-changing event.”
