People around here are blessed with a quiet, inner strength that defies hard times. But cancer is something else. This time, you are facing a physical, emotional and financial challenge that can overwhelm the best of us. But not the best of us, working together. The Triumph Cancer Navigator Program puts a highly-trained medical professional at your side to guide you every step of the way. From the initial diagnosis through doctor visits, surgeries, and other treatments, we're here for you whenever you need us. Our Cancer Navigators can help with all aspects of your cancer care, including communication with your doctor, transportation, appointment reminders and emotional support. So don't go it alone. Guidance for You and your Family

Navigators can help guide you and your family by serving as your personal contact, and answering questions about what to expect throughout your care. Coordinating appointments and treatments. They can arrange care between healthcare providers, and provide emotional support for you and your caregivers. Navigators also offer additional resources relevant to your cancer diagnosis.

Additional Resources

In addition to patient navigation, our staff can connect you to a variety of resources throughout the cancer treatment process and beyond including: Social workers, pastoral care, support groups, financial assistance, home health, palliative care, and hospice.
